10 Vegan Recipes That Anyone Will Love

Plant-based meals aren’t just for vegans, everyone can enjoy vegan recipes full of fruits, veggies, beans and whole grains! They’re delicious, highly nutritious, and much better for the environment. Since meat and dairy production produces a large amount of carbon emissions and uses large amounts of water and fossil fuels.

Swapping out one or two meals regularly is an easy way to reduce your carbon footprint. So, we’re challenging ourselves (and you!) to make one meal per week a meatless meal! Here are 10 awesome vegan recipes (tried and tested by some of our own resident veggie-lovers) to help inspire you.

These burrito bowls are filling, delicious, and WAY better for you than any burrito you’d find at a fast food restaurant. Double the recipe, as leftovers can be used for easy lunches throughout the week.

2. Incredible Vegan Sloppy Joes by Jamie Oliver

These sloppy joes are made with lentils instead of ground beef, and can be whipped up in a pinch. They make a hearty lunch or dinner option that even meat-lovers will enjoy.
