Dandies Marshmallows 1. Dandies All Natural Pumpkin Mashmallow

Danielle, Food and Snacks Buyer

These marshmallows are amazing! Not only are they vegan, dairy-free, and nut free but they taste so good! They are perfect for making vegan rice crispy squares and have a subtle and delicious pumpkin flavor. You would never know they are different than regular marshmallows. I use these for Fall and Halloween treats every year!

2. Healthy Crunch Pumpkin Maple Pie Coconut Chips healthy crunch

Sarah Steeves, Marketing Manager Partnerships

These coconut chips are the ultimate fall snack! They’re delicious and have the perfect crunch. I love all the Healthy Crunch Coconut Chips but when the weather turns, so does my palate and its nice to have a pumpkin treat that is not super high in sugar.

stash tea3. Stash Tea, Pumpkin Spice Decaf Black Tea

Eliza, Merchandise planner

I am a big tea drinker but try to avoid having too much caffeine.  I love all the Stash teas, especially this one because you can enjoy the pumpkin spice flavour without the caffeine kick! It’s yummy on it’s own or with milk.

4. Quest Nutrition Pumpkin Pie Protein Barquest bar

Megan, Merchandising Associate

One of my fave pumpkin treats is the Quest Nutrition Pumpkin Pie Protein Bar. I love that it’s high in protein, low in net carb, and has no added sugar. Pro Tip: pop the bar into the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a warm, sweet, and gooey treat!

nuts and more5. Nuts ‘n More Spiced Pumpkin Pie Peanut Butter

Lauren, Merchandising Associate

I put peanut butter on almost everything and the Nuts ‘n More flavored protein peanut butters add a little variety to my snacks. I like putting it on my morning toast or oatmeal for a fun twist on regular peanut butter. The added protein is also great for breakfast after I hit the gym!

farmers market pumpkin pie6. Farmer’s Market Organic Pumpkin Pie

Kathy, Email and CRM Specialist

I love this pumpkin puree! Since it’s hard to find pumpkin anything outside of Fall, this is my go-to year-round anytime I want to make a healthy pasta alternative, like pumpkin gnocchi. I like that it’s organic and the texture is creamy and delicious. Oh, and you can’t forget the occasional pie, you need to save room for desert!

pumpkin muffins7. Second Spring Organic Sprouted Wheat Pumpkin Muffin Mix

Kelly Brown, Marketing Coordinator

Made with organic, sprouted whole grains and wheat flour, my favourite Autumn treat gets a little healthy boost with these muffins.  They pair nicely with a cup of coffee in the morning! They are super easy to make with only three ingredients to add so I can make them anytime!
