

Chia pudding is fast and easy to make! If you ever find yourself asking “what’s for breakfast?” the answer should be simple, it’s this yummy Sunbutter Chia Pudding!
When you mix chia seeds with a liquid they transform into a tasty, jelly-like pudding, and the sun butter really adds to the rich flavour! This meal is a delicious, filling and nutritious breakfast packed with fiber, protein and omega fatty acids.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- ½ cup whole chia seeds
- ½ can of coconut milk
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp 100% maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Per serving, you’ll want to add:
- 1 tbsp of Sunbutter
- 1 handful of fresh organic fruit
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix together well
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Take mixture out of fridge, divide into desired servings and top with sun butter and fruit
