Skip the gym and work out at home or outside with this HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout!
How the Circuit Works:
- 40 seconds of work
- 20 seconds of recovery
- Repeat exercise 1 to 6, for a total of 3 rounds (18 minutes total*)
- Reverse Lunge with Bicep Curl*
- Reverse Lunge with Overhead One-Arm Kettlebell Press*
- Low Lateral Side to Side Steps
- High-Lunge Row*
- In & Out Low Squat
- Pivot Sumo Squat
* If repeating exercises 1, 2, and 4 on both sides, workout is 27 minutes total
