Seed Crackers Recipe | Learn it in 60 Seconds!

Make your own healthy seed crackers using seeds, water, and a little garlic and salt – that’s it! Learn how to make them in 60 seconds.
Ingredients:
- Garlic – 1 CLOVE, finely grated
- Raw white sesame seeds – 1/2 CUP
- Chia seeds – 1/2 CUP
- Pumpkin seeds – 1/2 CUP
- Raw hulled sunflower seeds – 1/2 CUP
- Salt – 1/4 TSP
- Water – 1 CUP
Directions:
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°F
- FINELY GRATE or CHOP GARLIC
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO BOWL, stir until combined
- LET REST for 2 MINS, it will get more solidified
- LINE BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
- SPREAD ON BAKING SHEET INTO 2 THIN RECTANGLES
- SPRINKLE WITH SALT
- BAKE AT 350°F for 35 MIN
- FLIP & BAKE for another 35 MIN
- COOL for 10 MIN
- BREAK INTO CRACKER-SIZE PIECES
- ENJOY!
