3 Amazingly Healthy Superfood Latte Recipes
With the rise of superfoods, more and more coffee shops have stepped up their game with interesting lattes using superfood ingredients touted for their rich health benefits. However, these specialty drinks are often loaded with sugar, which is basically the opposite of what you’re looking for when seeking out superfoods!
And while I love a good double espresso (note: coffee is a superfood after all!), sometimes caffeine is not exactly what my body needs when I’m seeking a comforting drink. Whether it’s a cozy mid-afternoon pick-me-up or an after-dinner treat, a warm drink can really hit the spot.
Enter: Healthy lattes made with superfoods such as beetroot, chaga mushroom, and blue majik. They’re sweetened with only a touch of honey or maple syrup, so you don’t sacrifice taste by cutting refined sugar. Beetroot Latte

Benefits of Beetroot:
- Packed with antioxidants
- Improves blood sugar control
- Supports healthy blood pressure
Beetroot Latte Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of beetroot powder
- 1 tablespoon of coconut butter
- ½ tablespoon of maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Beetroot Latte Directions:
Add all ingredients to stove top and stir until smooth. Sip and savour.
Chaga Mushroom Latte

Chaga Mushroom Latte Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Chaga Extract Powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup hot water

Chaga Mushroom Latte Directions:
Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend until well combined and frothy. You can also stir the ingredients together on a stove top.
