Rebecca & Erin’s Top Picks for Gifting This Holiday
It’s that time of year again! Time to make a list and check it twice as you prepare for the season of giving. Well.ca’s CEO Rebecca and CMO Erin are no exception, and they’ve been making their lists of everyone they’ll be giving gifts to this year. And in doing so they’ve gathered what’s on their list from Well.ca:
Rebecca
Rebecca is super excited since this holiday will be her daughter Samantha’s first Christmas! She’s loving the Beba Bean Crochet Bear Toque and the Hatley Baby Union Suit in Red Buffalo Plaid as a cute first Christmas outfit.
Having a baby around will make this holiday extra exciting, but she hasn’t forgotten about her other son and daughter! They’ll love finding Playmobil Furnished Children’s Hospital and GoldieBlox Ruby Rails Coding Action Figure under the tree this Christmas.
For friends and family, Rebecca’s found some great gifts. For her girlfriends, unique gifts such as Tea Forte’s Kati Cup or the Ellia Reflect Ultrasonic Aroma Diffuser will be perfect this holiday. For men on her list, Rebecca’s going to be giving gifts like Ridley’s Game Room Poker Set or the Teroforma Whiskey for Two Tumblers & Stones. And the Kikkerland iBed Lap Desk will make a great gift for anyone.
Rebecca’s also got her stockings ready to go with some of the products she’s found. Pretty little gifts such as the Tangle Teezer and Thymes Frasier Fir Candles help fill a stocking, and Crocodile Creek’s teensy double sized puzzles are perfect for kids’ stockings.
Lastly, Rebecca’s got entertaining items checked off her list. Although throwing dinner parties may be difficult with a brand new baby, there’s always hosts and hostess gifts to grab for all those holiday invites. Stonewall Kitchen’s Cheese Pairing Set or crackers for fine cheeses help take the load off a host or hostess, or Rebecca likes giving a treat like a Seracon Maple Candle that helps to say thanks for the invite!
Erin
When it comes to gifts for her, whether it be for a hostess, sister, best friend or neighbour, Erin’s got her eye on some gift sets that take the guesswork out of the holidays. Like the Maple Blondie Tin from Barefoot Venus, which features a hand lotion, bath soak and body wash in a delicious scent. Or the Beauty Blender Pro.on.the.Go Kit, which is perfect for any makeup addict on your list. And the Pacifica Wanderlust Beauty Set will sit pretty with it under the tree.
Of course, not every lady wants a beauty set this holiday, and so Erin’s also got My Cinema Lightbox Mini on her gift list. It’s so cute and can be used for special announcements, events and holiday photos!
For the men in her life, Erin’s found a number of gifts that will work. A caddy that fits on any bedside or couch is great for avid readers (or tablet users). And a classic pour-over coffee maker is perfect for the purist. And as for gift set, nothing beats this Walton Woods set of beard balm and cologne.
Filling a stocking can sometimes be a challenge, but Erin’s organized this year thanks to some amazing picks. Not only will she fill stockings this year with amazing natural bath and body products from Bathorium and Buck Naked Soap, but she’s got must have candles from Paddywax and cute notebooks from Ecojot. And for the kids, small toys such as the Playmobil Panda Family are pretty for little stockings.
The holiday season is a time for entertaining as well as giving, and so Erin’s stocked up on everything she needs to host guests. Kikkerland’s got a cool new grater specifically made for pink Himalayan salt that’s sure to impress, and this dish towel from Now Designs serves a dual purpose by including a recipe for holiday stuffing on it! And either for serving to guests or giving to a party host or hostess, Erin’s go-to is a pretty box of yummy chocolates such as Fraktals Handmade Dark Chocolate Cashew Buttercrunch.
Can’t forget about the kids! For babies and tiny kids, the Skip Hop Camping Cubs Activity Gym is such a cute and fun gift and the Child to Cherish Santa’s Message Plate is such a great way to make Christmas Eve special. For older kids, Erin loves the Playmobil NHL Hockey Arena, and the Snap Circuits Light play set is a fun way for kids to learn about electronics.
