Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie
- 1 scoop Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup pineapple (diced into chunks)
- 0.5 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
Cranberry Pear Smoothie
- 1 scoop Harmonized Fermented Vegan Protein (Vanilla)
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
- 1 pear
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ tsp allspice
- ½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Whirl in a blender until smooth. If it isn’t thick enough, add 1 or 2 ice cubes.
Red Velvet Chia Pudding
- 1 scoop Harmonized Protein (Chocolate)
- 1 scoop PhytoBerry
- 1 cup fresh beet juice
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice
In a large mason jar, combine the Harmonized Protein, PhytoBerry, beet juice, almond milk, chia seeds and honey. Mix the ingredients well and cover the jar with the lid. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy for breakfast or as a post-workout snack!
