December is a time filled with family, friends, music and delicious food. It's that time of year when we often tend to indulge before the 'new year and new you' rolls around. However, with indulgence comes stomach pain, digestion problems and bloating. Luckily our guest expert, Dr. Melissa Chan, has three solutions to prepare your digestive system for smooth and proper functioning leading up to your New Year's Resolutions.
Hi there! I'm Erin.
I am the “new kid” on the Well.ca block. I joined the team 6 weeks ago as the CMO, responsible for running Marketing and Merchandising. I get to work with an incredibly talented group of Category Managers who list all of the exciting new products that you find on our site. I also get to work with the equally amazing Marketing team that does everything from building the emails you get every week to running events like the Baby Time Show.
I have the best job in the world! First, I love what we do at Well.ca; we help simplify the lives of our busy customers by giving you convenient access to amazing products all from the comfort of your homes. I love that I can be in the boardroom in the morning and out in the warehouse in the afternoon picking and packing orders for our customers. I love that everyone here is committed to making this a better company and making our customers happy.
Hi! My name is Rebecca and I am Well.ca's CEO. This is my first blog post (yay!). I wanted to start writing on our blog to connect with the amazing Well.ca world beyond our office walls and share the wonders and challenges I face on a day-to-day basis as a mom (and a pregnant mom at that!). I have a daughter who is almost two years old and I am pregnant with baby #2.
I found that my whole world changed in many ways when I had a child. The things that used to matter were no longer important (I can’t remember the last time I shopped for myself), and things that I never even thought about were now front and centre in my mind. I suddenly cared about what was in soap for the first time and cared about whether my playtime with my child was providing her with enough learning opportunity.
Joints form the connection between bones. Most joints are mobile, allowing the bones to move, and allowing us to move. However, with damage or injury, they can be what slows us down and stiffens us up. Here are 5 tips on how to keep your joints healthy and you moving!
