No Bake Apple Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls
Super healthy way to get that classic pumpkin spice flavour, and energize on-the-go! Marni Wasserman, real food nutritionist and co-host of The Ultimate Health Podcast shows you how easy these Apple Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls are to make.
What’s in them?
- 1 1/3 cup dates
- ½ cup ground flaxseeds (or hemp seeds)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp flax oil (or coconut oil)
- ½ cup dried apple pieces, coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp almond butter (or apple butter or honey)
How They’re Made
Add your DRY ingredients to the food processor first, then the WET ingredients (flax or coconut oil, almond butter or honey), then SPICES BLEND in food processor until you get a fudgey consistency that you can roll into a ball, then you can ROLL in crushed pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, or whatever you’d like!
