While garlic may be delicious in pasta sauce or roasted with potatoes, we rarely think of it as a medicine. Over the years, the cloves or herbal supplements made from the cloves have been used to prevent or treat a wide range of diseases and conditions.

Designed originally as a condiment. Consists of garlic cloves or powder mixed with vegetable oil and encapsulated. Contains oil-soluble compounds as well as small amounts of water soluble compounds.

4) Aged Garlic Extract

Made from organically grown garlic that is crushed and then aged, converting harsh, odorous and irritating compounds into compounds which are safe and odourless. Gentler on the intestinal tract than other forms of garlic and does not have the offensive aroma of raw garlic or other forms of garlic.
