Galentine’s Day Bonding | DIY Raspberry & Green Tea Revitalizing Facial Mask

I love Galentine’s Day! Falling on every February 13th, it’s an unofficial day to celebrate female friendships! It may have had its genesis in a popular sitcom, but it’s such a great excuse to reveal in all things girly!
And one of my favourite female bonding activities has got to be having at-home spa days. Here’s a facial mask DIY that will complete any ladies’ night – also a perfect activity for a Valentine’s Day girl’s night!
You’ll Need (per 1 mask):
- 6 to 8 mashed or pureed raspberries
- One bag of Touch Organic green tea
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt
Directions:
Steep green tea in hot water (80 degrees celsius) for one minute. Take it out of the water, set it aside, and let in cool. While you’re waiting, feel free to drink the green tea! Then cut the tea bag open, and mix green tea leaves with the mashed raspberries. Add yogurt, stir and apply to clean skin. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse off with warm water. You’re done!
For sensitive, red, or irritated skin, try swapping the green tea and yogurt for a tablespoon of honey and 1/4 cup rolled oats. Leave on 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water!

I had sensitive skin and a sensitive soul, and I’m always looking to beautify my life through makeup, fashion, and holistic health. I’m a writer by birthright who loves speculative fiction and inspiring people through words. I’m also really silly, irreverent, and fun-loving.
