

Craving some fall flavours? Try this easy (and healthier than your average) treat!
You’ll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups Kinnikinnick Graham Style Gluten Free Crumbs
- 1/4 melted coconut oil
- An 8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 Greek yogurt
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions:
Heat your oven to 300 degrees F, line a 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and following these instructions:
For the Crust:
In a medium sized bowl, Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted coconut oil and then press evenly into the bottom of the pan.
For the Filling:
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese and sugar and beat on low with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix until combined. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until set, then top with Dandies All Natural Pumpkin Marshmallows as garnish!
Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, then slice them up and you’re done!
