These easy no bake chocolate peanut butter energy balls make the perfect on-the-go snack. Learn it in 60 seconds!
Ingredients:
- Oats – 1 cup
- Chocolate protein powder – 1 scoop (optional)
- Shredded coconut – 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chips – 1/4 cup
- Chia seeds – 1/4 cup
- Honey – 1/3 cup
- Peanut butter – 1/2 cup
Directions:
- MIX all ingredients in one big bowl until combined
- ROLL into bite-sized balls
- CHILL for about 20 minutes
