
Homemade granola bars are easier to make than you think! Try these healthy no bake granola bars packed with nutrients and superfoods like chia seeds and hemp hearts. Learn it in 60 seconds!
Ingredients:
- Quick Cooking Rolled Oats – 2 CUPS
- Banana Chips – 1/2 CUP
- Mini Chocolate Chips – 1/4 CUP
- Hemp Hearts, 1/4 CUP
- Chia Seeds, 1/4 CUP
- Almond Butter, 1 CUP
- Honey, 1/4 CUP
- Cinnamon, 1/2 TBSP
- Salt, pinch (optional)
Directions:
- ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO A BOWL
- STIR UNTIL COMBINED
- LINE BAKING SHEET with parchment paper
- PRESS OAT MIXTURE INTO THE PAN
- FREEZE UNTIL FIRM – 45-60 minutes
- REMOVE FROM PAN & SLICE (into rectangles, or squares)
- WRAP INDIVIDUALLY & STORE IN FREEZER
- ENJOY!
