

For a quick and easy guacamole that’s delicious and foolproof, you’ll need:
1 very ripe avocado (gives to the touch)
1/3 to 1/2 cup of Simply Natural Organic Chunky Salsa
Cut the avocado in half and take out the pit. Cut each half in a crosshatch pattern and then scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Squish avocado until you achieve desired texture and then add as much salsa as you like, up to 1/2 cup, until you’ve got your preferred ratio. Taste test until you’re happy with it. Serves 2-3 people. Double or triple the recipe for a crowd.
