Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy, adjusting the consistency with a little cold water if needed. A quick, homemade version of this Middle Eastern favorite. We use umeboshi paste for added flavor in place of salt. Serve as a dip with Eden Brown Rice Chips, Sea Vegetable Chips, Vegetable Chips, Wasabi Chips or with warm pita bread.
