Foodie Friday: DIY Hummus 3 Ways

Happy Foodie Friday!

This week’s recipe is a 3-in-one, because we’ll teach you how to make delicious DIY hummus 3 ways! Hummus is a tasty snack that’s high in protein, and it pairs perfectly with raw veggies, tortilla chips, pita slices, and even pretzels. Once you realize how easy it is to make hummus at home (and to customize it any way you want using a basic recipe as a base), you may never buy it at the store again!

Basic Hummus

Beet Hummus

Spicy Avocado Hummus

  • 2 cans Eden Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 avocados, pitted, peeled, and halved

  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 small handful cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
