DIY Gingerbread Body Scrub

Here’s a super easy DIY recipe to make for anytime you want a gingerbread pick-me-up during the holiday season, or if you’re looking to make some pampering gifts for friends from items you already have in your pantry!

You’ll Need:

Mix all ingredients to make a basic body scrub. To make it whipped, beat mixture with a stand mixer. Beat on medium for 30 seconds or until scrub becomes light and fluffy.

Use with hot water in shower or bath and simply exfoliate into the skin. You can store it in a jar such as the Penny Lane Organics Clear Jar. Or get a bunch of jars and double or triple the recipe to make a batch of gifts for friends and family!

Another great scrub to give as gifts (or make for myself)! I think I’d have trouble not wanting to eat it while I made it, though. 🙂

What kind of shelf life does this scrub have?
