Steam & Sauna

Spending time in a steam or sauna is an amazing way to boost your body’s natural detoxification processes. Heat treatments stimulate the nervous, immune and circulatory systems, and toxins are eliminated through sweating. All of these benefits can be increased with the use of specificessential oils and hydrosols in the form of a DIY Body Spritzer. Bring your spritzer right into the steam or sauna with you and spray it liberally all over your body.
